To place an order, an advance payment of 100% is required for the production of printing and packaging, 50% - for design development services. Design services are charged by the hour, the approximate cost can be checked with the manager (based on previous experience). The duration of work on the layout is influenced by the quality of the information provided - typed text in electronic form reduces the time spent compared to text written on a piece of paper or dictated by phone, and the cost increases the number of times you edited, so it is advisable to clearly articulate your idea of the work ahead.

Before paying for production and printing, you must make an advance payment for the design layout, unless other conditions have been previously discussed with the manager.

Placing an order for design layouts, printing, and packaging

To create a layout, the client needs to provide

textual data, images - pictures, photographs (unless it has been previously agreed that we prepare the photos or illustrations), wishes for colors/fonts/shapes/placement of objects - optional. If you have specific wishes regarding the layout design, be sure to provide this information to the specialist in an accessible format (please, when describing your wishes, take into account the difference between the wording "below" and "below", etc.) The accuracy and accessibility of your descriptions determine how accurately the designer will be able to convey your ideas in the layout.

Before printing, each client is required to approve the layout in writing or orally by phone. The responsibility for checking spelling, text overlaps, extra lines, and other visual errors lies entirely with the client. From the moment the layout is approved by the client, the layout in its latest approved version is transferred to production and cannot be canceled/suspended/amended. Be careful and check the layouts carefully.

Color reproduction and printing

Your monitor on which you are viewing the mockups is most likely not calibrated to the printing press settings, so the color shades on your monitor may differ from those on paper.

Each printing machine has its own peculiarities of ink application. If you had your layouts printed in another printing house, the color, hue, and saturation may differ from the order you printed before.

When you print an order from the same layout again, the shades may differ, as the print color depends on the humidity, air temperature, and color of the layouts next to yours.

Deviations in color and shades are allowed up to 15%.

Cutting

The maximum cutting error is up to 3 mm.

We are liable only if:

● printing an unapproved layout;

● non-compliance with the requirements and/or wishes of the client to the layout before its approval (if any);

● product defects - non-compliance with GOU 22.2-02477019-02: 2005 (if there is evidence of product defects and one hundred percent return of products for further replacement or refund);

● any claims regarding the quality of products are considered only after we determine the need to return the products to us and the actual shipment;

● if there is a shortage in the circulation, the cost is refunded to the client in proportion to the shortage.

To get started, you need to pay for your order in full. The moment of confirmation of the layout's compliance with the client's needs and requirements is the moment of written or verbal agreement with the provided materials.

By confirming the layout for printing, you agree to the above and cannot make any claims in connection with the above cases.
